How SoleOS uses AI

SoleOS includes an AI that reads your portfolio’s numbers and writes short, prioritized insights — where attention is needed, what changed, what to check. Because it runs against your business data, this page spells out exactly what it can see, what it can never see, and what it will not do.

What the AI sees

Aggregated metrics only, assembled per project just before each generation: project name and status, MRR and its 30-day change, active subscriptions, users (28d), signups (28d), visitors (30d), downloads (30d), search clicks (30d), the next projected milestone, counts of signal types from the last 7 days, and portfolio totals. That is the complete list.

What it never sees

Your API keys and OAuth tokens (they never leave the encrypted vault), raw events or webhook payloads, your customers’ identities or emails (we don’t store emails from signup hooks at all), full metric time series, your code, or anything from other workspaces.

Who processes it

Anthropic, via their commercial API. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, API data is not used to train their models. Generated insights are stored in your workspace (visible only to its members); prompts and responses are not logged anywhere else.

What it will not do

The AI writes text. It has no tools, takes no actions, changes no settings, and touches no connected account. And its output is not financial, investment, or business advice — the same disclaimer as our Terms. Treat every insight as a well-informed prompt for your own judgment, not an instruction.

Cost honesty and cadence

Generation is rate-limited to roughly one refresh per 20 hours per scope. That’s a deliberate cost-honesty choice: we’d rather cap generation than quietly build the cost into a higher price.

Your controls

In Settings → AI insightsyou can turn AI analysis off for your whole workspace (nothing is sent to the AI while it’s off) and delete your stored AI history with one action. Beyond that: insights can be checked off, regeneration is cooldown-gated, and nothing runs on its own schedule except the weekly digest math — which is deterministic, not AI.
